We welcome you to join us for a fun day of dendrology education, pancakes, and warm maple syrup! On Saturday, February 22nd, plan to spend some time in the Washington Crossing Historic Park “sugar bush” as you learn the process and history of maple syrup production! This family friendly event will be held at the General Greene Pavilion with pancakes being served from 11:00am – 2:00pm, and hand on stations that demonstrate the craft of maple sugaring.
