SUMMARY:Scarecrows in the Village
DESCRIPTION:Every day from September 7 through October 26\nAn autumn tradition continues! For six fun-filled weeks\, over 100 scarecrows line the brick pathways of our autumn-tinted Village. Some are inspired by famous characters\, some are humorous\, some are scary – but all of them are carefully handmade by Philly-area residents and organizations. The display is free and on view every day through October 26. Guests can vote for their favorite scarecrows via the Peddler’s Village mobile app. Creators of the winning scarecrows in each category win prizes. \n  \n\nScarecrow Festival\nSeptember 19 & 20\nA weekend of fall family fun including scarecrow-making workshops\, pumpkin painting\, live musical entertainment\, and children’s activities. Perfect for audiences of all ages\, this colorful production will have you roaring with joy! \nRehearsals:\nOctober 13 – November 13 \nPerformances:\nSaturday\, November 14 at 1:00pm & 4:00pm\nat Calvary Baptist Church \nPlease note: Our Kids shows are shorter in length and use minimal costumes\, props\, and sets. For a more fully staged experience\, check out our Junior and Mainstage shows! \nApproximate run-time is 35 minutes.
