You pack the lunch\, and we’ll take care of the rest! Best for children aged 6+. Please pack a lunch and prepare your child appropriately for the outdoors and weather.\n\nThey crawl\, fly\, march\, dig\, and wiggle..and love them or hate them\, our world needs bugs! On this creepy crawly adventure\, Nature Explorers will search on land and in the water for insects and other macroinvertebrates\, learning the valuable role of these misunderstood animals along the way. Armed with nets\, magnifiers\, and identification guides\, we’ll become full-fledged bug biologists!\n\nScholarships are available! We believe nature should be accessible and welcoming to all. With the support of our donors\, Berks Nature is able to offer scholarships to children hoping to participate in the Nature Explorers program that would otherwise be financially unable to. SUMMARY:Nature Makers: Remake Learning Day
DESCRIPTION:Budding scientists and artists of all ages\, bring your curiosity and get hands-on with nature! Participants will rotate through five “maker stations” to paint rocks\, dissect owl pellets\, customize a reusable canvas tote bag\,   mold wildflower seed bombs\, and create  pinecone bird feeders. Inspiration will flow as we learn about local wildlife\, plant life cycles\, and sustainable choices while making up to five take home art projects. \n\n\nSnacks provided and BARTA bus passes are available to participants.
