Meet & Greet at Highland Orchards

We’re excited to partner with Highland Orchards for a meet and greet event on Saturday, August 1st, from 12 – 2 PM. This family-friendly weekend event features live music, food trucks, a beer garden, pick-your-own fruit, and us!
Take a break from the festivities to visit with some of our awesome adoptable dogs and dedicated volunteers. Our pups are always up for belly-rubs, and our volunteers will gladly answer your questions about our rescue, adoption process, and foster/volunteer opportunities.
Please join us – you might just meet your next best friend!
Our Meet & Greets are a great way to get to know us, ask questions, and meet some of our adoptable dogs. While we do not process adoptions at these events, approved adopters can meet potential forever family members and bring them home at an adoption appointment later that same day if he/she is a fit with the whole family.
Already an approved adopter and hoping to meet your new family member at this event? Please bring cash or check for the adoption fee. For those just considering adopting, our Meet & Greets are a great way to get a feel for the types of dogs we have available. And for those who just LOVE dogs and want to pet them or learn about fostering/volunteering opportunities, we’re here for you, too!
