Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest is one of the Philadelphia Waterfront’s favorite summertime traditions. It features roller skating, outdoor boardwalk games and rides, mini-golf, and great food and drinks, all set against soaring views of the Delaware River and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest is open May 23, 2025, through September 1, 2025, seven days a week, including holidays. Dogs on leashes are welcome on-site in all outdoor areas. The site is FREE to enter and open to the public

Monday – Thursday: 1 pm – 10 pm
Friday: 1 pm – 11 pm (*May 23 park opens at 5 pm)
Saturday: 11 am – 11 pm
Sunday: 11 am – 10 pm

Reserve Your Roller Skating Tickets In Advance
General admission to the park is free; food, drinks, and amusements are available for a pay-as-you-go fee. Summerfest is a dog-friendly site. However, dogs are not permitted in the Lodge. Please note: All activities close at least 30 minutes before the park closes.
