Morel of the Story celebrates everything mushroom. An amazing group of local artists have created work in all different mediums. The show runs 1/18/25 through 2/22/25 and can be seen during our regular business hours. Please join us on Friday, February 7 from 6-8 for the show reception.
BYOB - Bring your own Bestie / Valentine's Day Camp-Out Adventure For Kids Ages 6-10 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Join us for a one-of-a-kind indoor camp-out this Valentine's Day! Here’s what we have planned for your little adventurer: • Teepee Setups from Teepee My Partee: Teepee tents will be setup and decorated with Valentine’s Day flair. They'll feel like true campers as they relax in their hideaway for the morning! Delicious Valentine’s Crepes: Kids will assemble their very own crepes, with a variety of fun toppings (strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate chips etc—yum!). Creative Art Project: Let the creative spirits soar with a mindful Valentine’s Day-themed art project! Gentle Yoga Session: Wind down with a relaxing, and heart-themed yoga session that’s gentle and calming. Perfect for stretching, breathing, and getting into a mindful, peaceful space after all the fun activities. We will end with a meditation in our tents. This indoor camp-out combines the magic of camping with the charm of Valentine's Day, making it a perfect way for your child to celebrate the season of love while enjoying the best parts of nature—right inside!

Valentine’s Day Parent’s Night Out: Indoor Camp-Out for Kids! For Kids Ages 7-12 | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM This Valentine’s Day, parents can enjoy a well-deserved night out while their kids embark on a cozy, creative, and fun-filled camp-out adventure! We’re bringing the magic of camping indoors, complete with personalized tents, delicious treats, and calming activities—all in celebration of Valentine’s Day! What’s in store for the kids: Teepee Setups from Teepee My Partee: Teepee tents will be setup and decorated with Valentine’s Day flair. They'll feel like true campers as they relax in their hideaway for the evening! Pizza Party: Kids will enjoy a plain pizza, and a light drink. (water or juice) Ice Cream Sundae Art Project: Creativity meets sweetness with a DIY Ice Cream Sundae bar! Kids will decorate their sundaes with toppings, creating their own edible works of art. Sprinkles, whipped cream, and cherries—oh my! Gentle Yoga & Meditation: After all the fun and treats, we’ll guide the kids through a calming, gentle yoga session, followed by a short meditation. It’s the perfect way to relax and unwind while learning some mindfulness techniques.
Your seat reservation is acceptance and agreement of the terms below: This event is open to guests ages 7 & up. Guests ages 7-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adults, don't be shy! All Ages classes are not just for kids! All Ages classes are often made up of groups of children and adults, so come paint with us! If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together! Adults who are just helping/watching do not need to reserve a seat, but please let us know if you plan to stay in the Special Request box of your reservation so we save a stool for you. Please arrive about 10-15 minutes early to check-in, get smocked, and settle in. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose to not pay online, please call the studio at 610-419-0572 to pay by phone. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Painting with a Twist requires at least 24 hours prior to the published start time of the class in order to receive a refund if you need to cancel. Cancellations may be made by phone (voicemail is acceptable) or e-mail. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances with less than 24 hours notice. Only store credits will be offered for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice prior to the event, regardless of the reason. Refunds or store credits will not be given under any circumstances for no-shows after the class has begun. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes or change paintings due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to class time and offered a refund or a store credit.

Make a statement with a handmade mosaic! Students will be able to choose a base in many different animal shapes and will be instructed step-by-step to create an art masterpiece. Class is great for the beginner or advanced artist! All materials included and fun for the whole family! Mosaic pieces can be brought home after the workshop! Fun and functional! Class is $26/person and includes all materials and instruction! A $10 fee will be charged to save your seat and then the remaining $16/person will be due after your class.
Our Tween/Teen Art night is perfect for kids ages 10+. No experience is necessary, but yet those with more experience in art are encouraged to move forward and experiment and are given the freedom to grow. This is a fun, laid-back "art experience" that brings kids together and allows them to play with ART! On Tuesday, 2/18, we will be learning about etching and using scratch boards to create impressive, high quality images that are both graphic and fun. By controlling the depth of their cut/scratch, the sudents control how light their image will get. The harder they press, the lighter their image line. This process is helped along by transferring an image using a chalky white transfer material beforehand. We encourage the students to work on images that have fur, scales, or texture. *If your student has an image(s) they would like us to pre-print, please email those to freerangeartclasses@gmail.com before the event. Doors open at 5:30 and kids are welcome to bring their dinner and eat in the studio. This evening class is open to all students ages 10 and up and we heartily encourage older teens to attend so there is no upper age limit. Again, this is an instructional class with guidance and as-needed/friendly support to help immerse your tween/teen in different art mediums and techniques but not feel like "school". Reserve your space early before these tween/teen events fill up. Maximum class size is 10 students.
