The Gay Street Open-Air Market returns for 2025 from Friday, May 2nd to Sunday, September 28th! The Open-Air Market was created during the pandemic to give residents and visitors more space to shop, eat, and explore town. Now, it has become one of our most popular events! Each year, four blocks of Gay Street (from Matlack Street to Darlington Street) are closed to vehicles so everyone can partake in al fresco dining and shopping. Restaurants extend into the street, so you can enjoy the beautiful weather as you eat. This year, Gay Street will be shut down for the Open-Air Market every weekend (Friday morning through Monday morning) from Friday, May 2nd to Sunday, September 28th! Note: Gay Street will remain closed to vehicles on Monday holidays (Memorial Day and Labor Day).

Join us for our second annual Touch A Truck event at East Fallowfield Community Park on Saturday, September 6, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Come see your favorite trucks up close and personal! Jump behind the wheel and learn about the people and vehicles that help build, protect, and serve our community. There will be food, giveaways, and fun for the entire family!

Our Fourth Annual Edgmont Township Community Day will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Arasapha Farms, (1835 Middletown Road, Glen Mills, Pa)!   - NEW THIS YEAR - Bring your antiques and treasures to our Antiques Appraisal Fair! The 17th Annual Caln Community Day returns Saturday, September 6! From 3:00 PM - 8:00PM in Caln Municipal Park, join us for an afternoon of fun and all things Caln. Entry to the event is FREE! This year's Caln Community Day will feature: music from Jimmy Jorge and the Latin Express, roaming magician Kevin Shelly, Bubbletopia, inflatables, a caricaturist provided by Servpro of Kennett Sq/Oxford, bingo presented Thorndale/Downingtown Rotary Club, face painting by Paintings on People, the 3rd annual Community Day Art Show, and fireworks
