Inside Out returns for 2026 from Friday, May 22nd to Sunday, October 4th  The Open-Air Market gives residents and visitors more space to shop, eat, and explore town. The 100 and 200 blocks of Bridge Street are closed to vehicles every weekend, transforming downtown into a pedestrian-friendly destination that is perfect for outdoor dining, boutique shopping, and leisurely strolls. Every day from September 7 through October 26 An autumn tradition continues! For six fun-filled weeks, over 100 scarecrows line the brick pathways of our autumn-tinted Village. Some are inspired by famous characters, some are humorous, some are scary – but all of them are carefully handmade by Philly-area residents and organizations. The display is free and on view every day through October 26. Guests can vote for their favorite scarecrows via the Peddler’s Village mobile app. Creators of the winning scarecrows in each category win prizes.   Scarecrow Festival September 19 & 20 A weekend of fall family fun including scarecrow-making workshops, pumpkin painting, live musical entertainment, and children’s activities.
