This fan favorite is back for the third year in a row! Come create a frozen wand and practice yoga to the soundtrack of Frozen. Each child will also have the option for snowy face paint. $22/ child OR $20/child through Venmo. Adults are FREE and encouraged to participate. Begin the new year with a healthy body and mind. During this three hour mini-retreat, tweens and teens will practice yoga, create a mini zen garden, participate in mindfulness activities, and enjoy light snacks and time to socialize with peers. The theme of the day is starting off the new year with positivity, movement, and mindfulness. Perfect for ages 9-15. $50/participant or $45/Venmo.
