Get ready to rock with your little ones!The Rock and Roll Playhouse is a family concert series that brings the magic of classic rock to kids and their grown-ups. Hosted at historic music venues across the country, these lively shows invite children to move, play, and sing along to the legendary tunes that shaped rock and roll history. Each performance by the Rock and Roll Playhouse band features games, dancing, stories, and plenty of chances to rock out, all designed for families with children ages ten and under. It’s the perfect way to introduce young music lovers to the joy of live music—and maybe spark a lifelong passion for rock! This concert for kids and families celebrates the music of the artist named above but is not associated with or endorsed by the artist. All children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.

We believe we have started a holiday tradition for many area residents, and we hope you will consider becoming a part of this positive community event. Elmwood Park Zoo’s favorite family tradition, Wild Lights, returns this November, with more lights and decorative attractions than ever before! During this walk-through experience, guests will be surrounded by dazzling light displays, illuminated animals and live entertainment. November: 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 December: 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 The zoo and Wild Lights will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Wild Lights is held rain or shine.
