I expressly assume all risk. I understand that Engage Art Studio may record my or my child's participation at any time on video or photograph. I grant Engage Art Studio unlimited use of any such recordings with no obligation to me. Such recordings are the sole property of Engage Art Studio. I understand that if I do not want pictures of myself/my child to be uploaded to Engage Art Studio's social media, I must notify my/my child's teacher prior to engaging in studio activities. I also understand that myself/my child may accidentally be photographed and that by contacting Engage Art Studio via email, the photo will be taken down upon request. * Refund/Cancelation: Cancel one week (7 days) prior to the day of the event to receive a refund. Cancelations after this time will result in studio credit. From the day of the text message, parents/guardians have 3 months to pick-up their student's projects. Projects not picked up within that timeframe will be donated.
