The Planet is a highly interactive and playful museum exhibit created by the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia! 18 unique educational holes explore butterfly metamorphosis, a tropical rain forest, evolution, dinosaur extinction, food chains, and more. Perfect for kids of all ages, your entire family will enjoy playing miniature golf while learning about our environment – every step of the way! We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online before you visit! Please be mindful when purchasing tickets that if you purchase the last ticket available for the day you can not be late. Hop on over to our special Easter brunches with appearances by the Easter Bunny! Enjoy a delicious breakfast, participate in our Easter activities, and meet one of our beloved education animals. Don’t forget to grab a photo with the Easter Bunny and then enjoy exploring the Zoo! There are multiple brunch sessions: 10:00 am, 11:30 am, and 1:00pm. Space is limited for this event, so please register early and arrive on time. Your ticket includes admission to the Zoo, brunch, a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny, an animal greet, and egg hunt. Please note the egg hunt is exclusively for children aged 2 to 12 years old. When schools are closed, we are open! Keep curious young minds and busy bodies active with the Schuylkill Center Day-Off Camp. Trained educators lead students grades K-6 on unique nature-themed explorations that take advantage of our science lab, Discovery Center, and 365 acres of beautiful wooded trails, streams, and ponds. Please bring a packed lunch, water bottle and an extra set of clothes. Wear weather-appropriate clothing that can get dirty. Space is limited to 30 campers. Sign up early to guarantee your spot. Hours: Day Off Camp Hours: 8:00 am–3:00 pm Aftercare Hours: 3:00pm -6:00pm Daily Fee: Schuylkill Center Members: $80 Non-members: $90 Aftercare: $20
