On May 16, 2026 from 3PM to 6PM, Burke Park transforms into a hub of eco-inspiration, bringing together residents, families, local organizations, and businesses around a shared commitment to a healthier, more sustainable community. Explore exhibits and vendors showcasing real, practical solutions for everyday green living — from sustainable products and local environmental initiatives to tips and tools you can start using at home right away. Enjoy an inspirational garden tour around the Borough, food trucks, connect with neighbors, and discover what Malvern Borough is doing to lead the way in environmental stewardship. Inside Out returns for 2026 from Friday, May 22nd to Sunday, October 4th  The Open-Air Market gives residents and visitors more space to shop, eat, and explore town. The 100 and 200 blocks of Bridge Street are closed to vehicles every weekend, transforming downtown into a pedestrian-friendly destination that is perfect for outdoor dining, boutique shopping, and leisurely strolls.

 The Birdsboro Street Fair and Duck Derby is back for another fun-filled day! Purchase a duck (or a Quack Pack) before the event, then cheer on your duck as it races down Hay Creek, hoping it’s one of the first to cross the finish line and take home a prize! The Street Fair will feature crafts, games, entertainment, and food for all ages, capped off with the fan-favorite event, the Duck Derby race at 3:30 PM. And this year, we will also have real, live ducks on site!  Last year, thanks to our incredible community, we sold out of ducks for the first time in many years, and we can’t wait to make this year even bigger and better. Join us on Saturday, May 30th from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Bristol Township Municipal Park for a fun-filled day of hands-on exploration for the whole family. Kids (and kids at heart!) will have the opportunity to get up close to a variety of vehicles including fire trucks, police cars, construction equipment, and more. The Borough of Wyomissing invites you to experience that excitement firsthand at our Touch A Truck Community Event, a day dedicated to hands-on exploration and discovery. Attendees will get an up-close look at an impressive lineup of vehicles that serve our community everyday. From police cars and fire engines to the hardworking machines of the Public Works Department, families can climb aboard, peek inside, and learn how these vehicles help keep Wyomissing safe, clean, and running smoothly. Snowplows, street sweepers, tree-cutting equipment, and more will be on display, offering a behind-the-scenes look at work that often goes unnoticed. The excitement doesn’t stop there. Local construction companies will bring heavy-duty favorites like concrete mixers and front-end loaders, while military vehicles will add another layer of awe and appreciation for their design and purpose. Along the way, guests can chat with the professionals who operate these machines and enjoy plenty of “wow, that’s how it works” moments. Mark your calendars and bring the whole family for an afternoon filled with discovery, wonder, and plenty of horn honking at Wyomissing’s Touch A Truck Community Event!
