In this after dark adventure, we'll setup a moth observation station to provide a rare chance to meet these nocturnal beauties up close. As the moths gather, we'll take a closer look at the different species and demonstrate how to identify and observe these delicate insects in a safe and respectful way. Throughout the night, join in discussions about light pollution and the impacts our brightly lit homes can impact moth behavior, navigation, and survival.     Every day from September 7 through October 26 An autumn tradition continues! For six fun-filled weeks, over 100 scarecrows line the brick pathways of our autumn-tinted Village. Some are inspired by famous characters, some are humorous, some are scary – but all of them are carefully handmade by Philly-area residents and organizations. The display is free and on view every day through October 26.
