Vibe & Flow Yoga for Kids 8-15 Come join us at Higher Ground Yoga for a fun and energizing yoga session tailored specifically for kids aged 8-15! Our experienced instructors will guide your child through a series of poses and flows that promote flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. This in-person event is a great way for kids to unwind, de-stress, and connect with their bodies in a positive way. We will meet every Saturday for 9-weeks from January 12 through March 9, 2025.

Join Mariah McClam at the Discovery Center for an interactive session that brings families together through playful poses, mindfulness, and connection that is designed for all ages and abilities. Afterwards, you can connect with nature by using Audubon’s resources like binoculars, plant guides, scavenger hunts, etc. All resources are located in the Visitor’s Center. Ms. Mariah is a certified children yoga instructor for more than 10 years, pursuing her mission of providing tools for emotional regulation and well-being, nurturing children’s confidence, creativity and physical health. Family Yoga is free, but donations are encouraged to help support and grow Little Yoga

We’ve created this simple, awesome opportunity for mindfulness, bonding, learning body awareness, improving physical fitness, and teamwork. Connect with your toddler and/or preschooler through monthly yoga classes at Design Life Kids. Each class will include a fun theme, yoga for child and adult, and an age-appropriate craft. Squishmallow Yoga is back … with a twist! Which Squishmallow will you receive? Each child will choose a blind back with a surprise Squishmallow inside. After yoga, the Squishmallow is your child’s to keep! This fun event will end with Squishmallow cookie decorating. $20/Child. Adults are FREE and encouraged to participate in yoga.
