Enjoy a night out while we entertain your kids! Each month, Nook Kids Night brings a brand-new theme, packed with activities to keep your child active, engaged, and having fun. Our staff will lead a night of games, crafts, and sports, plus time in the arcade (card included) and we’ll even serve a snack and pizza dinner! PA Bat Conservation & Rehabilitation’s work rehabilitating Pennsylvania bat species and their work towards solving the WNS conundrum places the organization at the forefront of saving our only flying mammal. Learn more about the fascinating species that call PA home, what we can do to support our flying friends, and join us for a live bat release after the program. Learn all about wildflowers and the spring season during a guided night hike with our educators, followed by toasting a marshmallow over the campfire. Come to our Pleiades Observatory on Saturday, May 16th at 9 pm and learn about galaxies! It is galaxy season, so you can have the chance to look through our telescopes and see what's in the night sky this time of year. We will begin promptly at 9 pm with a brief walk to the observatory. Expected duration of the program is 1.5 hours.
