First Class (Parlor Car): Passengers in the First-Class Parlor car will receive a complimentary beverage, a champagne toast, an hors d’oeuvres plate and dessert. Each performance by the Rock and Roll Playhouse band features games, dancing, stories, and plenty of chances to rock out, all designed for families with children ages ten and under. It’s the perfect way to introduce young music lovers to the joy of live music—and maybe spark a lifelong passion for rock! The FEZtival of Trees & Lights with Santa is the premier fundraising event for the LuLu Shrine. We believe we have started a holiday tradition for many area residents, and we hope you will consider becoming a part of this positive community event. Elmwood Park Zoo’s favorite family tradition, Wild Lights, returns this November, with more lights and decorative attractions than ever before! During this walk-through experience, guests will be surrounded by dazzling light displays, illuminated animals and live entertainment. November: 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 December: 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 The zoo and Wild Lights will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Wild Lights is held rain or shine.
Kick off the holiday season at Arader Farm! Join us for the Walking Wonderland Light Show on Friday, November 21st from 5:30–6:30 PM!Stroll through a magical path of twinkling lights, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and even meet the Philly Eagle for high fives and selfies! A huge thank you to UPT Parks and Rec for putting together this fun and festive tradition every year. This season we will continue our partnership with Upper Providence Township Parks and Rec for the Winter Wonderland Light show. We have added new features and “The Cabin” where you can meet up with the characters during the show. Opening night is this coming Friday, 11/21, and the Philly Eagle will be visiting from 5:30 to 6:30, but the show will be on until 8 pm. November 21 & 22 The show is from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. November 28 – Black Friday – Santa can be found in “The Cabin” in the light show from 5:30 to 7:30, and the show will extend to 8 pm. On November 26, the show will be open from 5:30 to 8 PM. The show will be on Thursday 12/4 & 11, Friday 12/5 & 12/12 and Saturday 12/6 & 12/13. December 5, The Grinch can be found in “The Cabin: from 5:30 to 6:30 December 13th, Santa can be found in “The Cabin” from 5:30 to 6:30 Tickets can be purchased in advance at araderfarm.com OR in the shop the day of the event.
