This American fare restaurant is now a family favorite, there are so many reasons that Firebirds is unique and enjoyable space for everyone in the family. We visited the Collegeville, Pennsylvania location within the Providence Town Shopping Center and enjoyed everything from appetizers to desserts!

Firebirds uses an open flame to cook most items on their menu from fresh seafood to locally-sourced vegetables. The dining area is moody and cozy with a touch of high end attributes which elevate the experience. We started with the deviled eggs topped with their house made, candied bacon. I knew it would be a win with Emma, who while picky, does love a deviled egg and both my husband and I being bacon lovers I was so happy to indulge. It was the perfect mix of flavors and a nice light appetizer to start.
I love that the kid’s menu comes with not 1 but 2 sides and a ice cream dessert. Most restaurants only offer one side and giving her more options she chose fresh fruit and french fries. The menu is for ages 12 and younger and they can choose from 8 selections. Their menu offers kids more than the classic nuggets and fries with wood grilled steak, salmon and even ribs but they also have the classics covered.

Another unique touch is the seasonal and classic hand crafted cocktail menu. I ordered a Lemonade Drop and the server will come to your table and pour your drink which I find so fun! Check out the FIREBAR menu for dining at the bar or on the patio and great for happy hour.
They are also a proud partner of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation–working together to fight childhood cancer, one cup at a time!
Every time someone orders lemonade, they donate $1.25 to Alex’s Lemonade Stand. To date, they’ve donated more than $3.5 million, and that number just keeps growing.
My husband ordered from the three course menu which gives you a starter, entree and petite dessert for $39.95 (dine-in only). He enjoyed a seasonal soup, steak and break pudding for dessert which in his words was absolutely divine and you could taste the freshness with everything we ate down to the bread they bring at the beginning.

I don’t order steak very often, but they sold me on the Bacon-wrapped tenderloin, shrimp basted in Key lime butter after seeing the picture. Everything just melted and the flavors absolutely complemented each other and I plan to order it again, it was honestly the best steak I ever had. I couldn’t end our meal without the classic dessert of a warm brownie topped with cold ice cream drizzled with chocolate syrup!
