Those who do not do so at least 48 hours in advance will run the risk of sitting separate from the other party they wish to sit with. OUR POLICY: NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. BREAKFAST WITH THE ANIMALS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. ELMWOOD PARK ZOO HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, CHANGE, OR POSTPONE ANY PROGRAM/EVENT. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ZOO CANCELS THE PROGRAM/EVENT, TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY.
