Join us for Community Day! Prepare for a day packed with activities that showcase the best of what Uwchlan Township has to offer. In celebration of America250, this year's Community Day will be themed Red, White, and Blue!  Highlights include live performances by talented local musicians, engaging displays from various community groups, and a mouthwatering array of culinary delights from food truck vendors serving up delectable treats. Families are encouraged to join in on the fun, as there will be an abundance of activities suitable for all ages. From face painting and bounce houses to carnival games, escape rooms, and balloon animals, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Fireworks at 9pm

Join your DCNR Park Naturalist for a special hands on exhibit along the Multi-Use Trail about owls. Learn about how owls are well adapted as important nocturnal raptors that keep rodent populations in check. Discover which species can be found here in Pennsylvania while taking a close up look at taxidermy, skulls, talons, pellets and photos of these beautiful birds. Registration not required.

To celebrate America's 250th birthday, Kutztown Day in the Kutztown Park, the annual celebration of the founding of Kutztown, focuses on the Kutztown area's role in the colonial era and the early days of our country. A special history trail featuring photos and facts about 18th century Kutztown winds through a playground for the kids. Several bands will play music throughout the day. Bring a picnic lunch or purchase from several food vendors. Games and contests will entertain everyone. The day ends with a spectacular fireworks display.

This month, we’re reading stories about berries and fruit and making our own berry sweet artworks! Stick around for a Nature Walk designed for little ones through the Barnes Arboretum with the Wynnefield Library! Free and open to the public! Ideal for toddlers and pre–K; all ages welcome. Attendees have access to the “Cozy Collection” children’s gallery and the 12-acre Barnes Arboretum! We invite kids ages 6–10 and their families to imagine what kindness means to them by making their own interactive storybook on iPad. Contestants will step up to the mic and let loose their best, most creative call for their spouse — and our judges (and the crowd!) will decide whose call is most likely to actually work. Expect plenty of laughs! All are welcome to compete: married, partnered, or just really loud. As a special addition for America's 250th, we will be having Ben Franklin stop by and read the Declaration of Independence. Kids can learn about this important document and get their photo taken next to an oversized Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights. Finally, we will have LIVE MUSIC by DENISE AND MAX in the Neff Parking Lot!

The annual Lititz Rotary Club Craft Show is our club’s largest fundraiser, with proceeds being donated back to community charities and service organizations. It typically features roughly 550 vendors in downtown Lititz! Please note: We DO NOT accept online payments. We DO NOT solicit online payments from vendors. The day will include a Revolutionary-era skirmish outside the Bird in Hand, an Edward Hicks reenactor at Newtown Friends Meeting House, a Civil War band at the Newtown Theatre, a reenactment of the Doan Gang’s robbery of the Bucks County Treasury, historical displays at the Half-Moon Inn (Court Inn), antique fire trucks and equipment at the Newtown Fire House Museum, lobby exhibits at First National Bank & Trust Company, Hessian prisoners and graveyard tours at the Old Presbyterian Church, and more!
